Golden Oldies Program

Our Golden Oldies Program are dedicated to giving senior horses the chance to enjoy the love, comfort, and dignity they deserve in their later years, providing we have the room. These elderly horses still have so much to offer — companionship, kindness, gentle presence, and gratitude — to anyone wishing to open their home and heart to a senior equine.

Supporting our Golden Oldies Program is an important part of what we do. By rehoming these wonderful seniors, we create space and resources to help even more horses in need while ensuring older horses are not overlooked simply because of their age.

Once each horse has completed its health and well-being assessment, including temperament, behaviour, nature, and personal quirks, they becomes available for adoption through our structured process.
This includes:

• An application form

• Home checks

• Extensive adoption agreements to ensure lifelong welfare and suitability
